Steph loves nothing more than bringing amazing people to equally amazing companies. She found her way to GitLab two years ago after spending time at Puppet, Nordstrom, and Simple, and has seen the company almost double in size since joining. When she's not on Zoom calls, you can usually find her adventuring with her pup (Freddie Girl), buying houseplants, or reading books about design. She's based in Portland, Oregon but lives the all-remote lifestyle and travels places near and far whenever she can.
