I'm passionate about developer productivity. Early on, I've helped this cause as a developer, building numerous open-source projects, most notably award-winning Jenkins, which enabled CloudBees. As the project and the company got bigger, I became more of an enabler -- create and foster teams, communities, and nurture leaders, so that they do impactful work.
