The presentation is focused on the success story we've had adopting Spinnaker in Adobe. The first POC was developed by two engineers with the end result of adopting a seamless deployment solution to an existing large scale project. This first project showed the value of adding Spinnaker to our tech stack and since then a large number of teams have adopted it for their deployments. Fast forward 3 years and now we support more than 100 Kubernetes clusters, perform AWS and Azure deployments and integrate with a lot of existing solutions within Adobe. We managed to lower the toil work while adding things like dynamic account onboarding, cost explorer and others. We are in the process of migrating to a one-Adobe solution which could basically scale Spinnaker for the whole company. Archetypes as code is another feature we develop which will lower time to onboard teams to a minimum.
