Continuous Delivery and global spread are turning information systems into a beautiful messwork of partially degraded autonomous components. Incidents in such systems are abound and managing these incidents becomes an impossible task for mere humans. It sometimes feels like plugging holes in a cloud with your bare fingers in an attempt to stop the rain. In order to build the resilient systems of the future (and reduce the operators' burnout) we need smart continuous remediation.
